We believe in transparency, so any questions regarding the tenancy, property features, or financial obligations are addressed upfront.

Application Process

After a tenant confirms their interest, they proceed with submitting a rental application. This involves completing a comprehensive tenant screening, which includes identity verification, credit checks, and reference verification. At Magnate, we aim to complete this process swiftly, usually within 2-3 working days, to avoid any delays for our clients.

Lease Agreement & Documentation

Once approved, the tenant is invited to sign the lease agreement, which outlines all terms, including the rent amount, security deposit, duration, and any specific clauses. Our team ensures that tenants fully understand the lease, and all necessary documentation is carefully prepared. We believe that clarity upfront ensures long-term tenant satisfaction.

Pre-Move-In Inspection

Before the move-in date, we conduct a thorough inspection of the property to ensure that everything is in perfect condition. This includes checking utilities, inspecting appliances, and addressing any last-minute repairs. A checklist is provided to tenants, giving them peace of mind that they are moving into a well-maintained home.

Keys and Access

On the move-in day, tenants are handed over the keys to their new home. At Magnate, we make sure that all necessary access codes, parking permits, and mailbox information are shared to avoid any confusion during the initial days of occupancy.

Post-Move-In Support

Our commitment to tenant satisfaction doesn’t end with the move-in. We remain available for any concerns or questions tenants may have after settling in. Whether it’s understanding the community guidelines or resolving maintenance issues, Magnate’s support team is always just a call or email away. We also schedule a post-move-in inspection after 30 days to ensure everything is running smoothly.
